è un seminario sulla voce e i chakra creato da Igor Olivier Ezendam e Arianna Artioli, lui cantante e voice coach olandese specializzato nel Canto Armonico, lei insegnante di yoga della Scuola Sivasoorya.

Vi aspetta un lavoro intenso di apertura e guarigione concentrato sulla voce e i centri energetici. Un viaggio interiore alla scoperta del nostro sistema dei chakra attraverso insegnamenti provenienti da tradizioni europee e orientali, laiche e sciamaniche, alla ricerca di tecniche curative come il canto, il movimento, il respiro, la visualizzazione e il silenzio.
Insieme viaggeremo su e giù in tutti gli strati del nostro essere attraverso:

  • La Voce Libera e Il Canto Armonico
  • Improvvisazione vocale
  • Sound Massage, diagnosi e applicazione del suono curativo
  • Pranayama e Kriya Yoga, esercizi di respiro
  • Bija Mantra, sillabe e suoni dei chakra

Igor insegna le tecniche che meglio sviluppano gli armonici nella nostra voce. Insieme andremo alla ricerca del rilassamento vocale e oltre per poter sprigionare la nostra espressione naturale, la nostra Voce Libera, ed imparare a curarci con il suono. 

Arianna ci porta in contatto con il Kriya Yoga, antica tecnica indiana che unisce il canto dei mantra, l’esercizio fisico contemplativo e le pratiche di respirazione. Il sistema Sivasoorya lavora sui vari livelli: fisico, emozionale, mentale e spirituale. Il fine è quello di sviluppare armonia ed equilibrio attraverso un semplice processo di purificazione che ci aiuta a rilasciare tensioni, favorendo il benessere psicofisico. E’ un percorso che aiuta l’autoguarigione, adatto a persone di tutte le età.

The Crystal Voice and the seven Chakras

is a workshop on voice and chakra created by Igor Olivier Ezendam, Dutch singer and voice coach specialized in overtone singing and Arianna Artioli, yoga teacher of the School Sivasoorya.

Expect a very intense time of opening and healing focused on voicework and the energy centers. An inner journey to discover our chakra system through teachings from Eastern and European traditions, secular and shamanic healing techniques, to search of old and new healing techniques such as singing, breathing, movement, visualization, and silence. Together we will travel up and down in all the layers of our being through:

  •      The Voice of Freedom and Harmonic Chant
  •      vocal improvisation
  •      Sound Massage, diagnosis and therapeutic application of sound
  •      Pranayama and Kriya Yoga, breathing exercises
  •      Bija Mantra, syllables and sounds of the chakras

Igor teaches the techniques that best develop the harmonics in our voice. Together we will go in search of relaxation and beyond in order to unleash our natural expression, our Free Voice, and learn to heal ourselves with sound.

Arianna brings us into contact with Kriya Yoga, an ancient Indian technique that combines the chanting of mantras, contemplative exercise and breathing practices. The system Sivasoorya works  on various levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. The aim is to develop harmony and balance through a simple purification process that helps us to release tensions, promoting well-being. It's a yourney that helps our self-healing, suitable for people of all ages.
